DMCA and Intellectual Property Policy

At Pet Supplies Accessories, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting an Intellectual Property Infringement

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. Your DMCA Notice Must Include

To ensure your notification is valid, it must include the following:

Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification of the Copyright Work – A description of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the Infringing Material – Sufficient information to help us locate the allegedly infringing material on our site.
Contact Information – Your name, address, email, and phone number.
Good Faith Statement – A declaration that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
Accuracy Statement – A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

Failure to include all required details may render your DMCA notice invalid.

3. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the infringing material; and
Notify the individual who posted the material of the removal.

We may also forward your notice to that individual or make it publicly available, as required by law.

4. How to Submit a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

Signature – Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of Removed Material – A description of what was removed and where it appeared before removal.
Good Faith Statement – A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to an error or misidentification.
Contact Information – Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area (or where the service is located).

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

5. Required Statements

By submitting a DMCA report, you affirm:

“I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above violates my rights or the rights of the copyright owner.”
“I declare under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate, and that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the rights described above.”
